Provide details: Time & date of incident, owner's address description of animal(s) in question etc. 

If a bite has occurred; it is recommended you seek medical care as soon as possible. 

Reclaim your Pet/Animal

Call us to make an appointment to pick up your pet. 

Items required to reclaim: Proof of ownership, impound fee and all related fines payable upon arrival. 

All animals leaving the facility must be restrained. Don't forget your dog's collar & leash or your cat's carrier.

Is the animal wearing a collar, have tags (some lay flat on collar), have a tattoo or microchip?

Speak to your neighbours to ensure they're not missing a pet.

Look on your local social media platforms to see if anyone has posted their animal as missing.
