Remember: If you move update all information associated with your pets tags and microchips.
In an emergency you will have all their identification information immediately handy
Suggested information: Pet's name, date of birth/age, photo (keep updated), tattoo #, license # and microchip #, any medical or behavioural information.
Ensure your contact number is always current with your vet's office. The tattoo your pet has traces to the vet's office where it was spay/neutered. If different from current vet ensure they are kept updated on your contact information.
When you report a lost pet, as much information as possible will be helpful to the agencies who are enlisted to help find them.
